Pyramid! Illumination, Evolution and the Eternal Odyssey
Clyde W. Burnham II.
Pyramid!: Illumination, Evolution, and the Eternal Odyssey is a book depicting the inter-relationship between various fields of thought/sciences along with an in-depth description of the Great Pyramid's design and composition. The inter-relationships are then portrayed by Burnham to depict the nature and purpose of human evolution. According to Burnham, the pyramid was a configuration employed by an advanced race of people that lived before the earliest of our ancestors, primitive man. History and archaeology are unaware of this primordial society and will not sanction its former existence. (We know the one about Schliemann and Troy, however.) The pyramid's purpose was to blend earth energies and energies from the stars into another energy that impacted the primitive brains of our early ancestors jump-starting their evolution. His belief accounts for the sudden and swift evolution of Cro-Magnon. The purpose of evolution was for physical change and is now concerned with our becoming evolved souls to serve as the appendages of God to assist in the activity of creation. Each generation of appendage gods will evolve creation further into the future. This is the way that the Almigty evolves ever-greater quality into creation. The evolution of man into greater being of glory and rapture means, according to Pyramid!, that heaven is a state of being and not a place. A state of being that evolves into endlessly increasing rapture and ever-greater states of being. |
