Pyramid!: Illumination, Evolution, and the Eternal Odyssey is a book depicting the inter-relationship between various fields of thought/sciences along with an in-depth description of the Great Pyramid's design and composition. The inter-relationships are then portrayed by Burnham to depict the nature and purpose of human evolution. According to Burnham, the pyramid was a configuration employed by an advanced race of people that lived before the earliest of our ancestors, primitive man. The evolution of man into greater being of glory and rapture means, according to Pyramid!, that heaven is a state of being and not a place.
